Pre-Construction

• Overview of all design documentation that can impact the function, use, facility management costs, and health & safety aspects of buildings.
• Review of the Development Agreement & Development Approval conditions.
• Review the assignment of obligations from consultants, contractor & suppliers to the purchaser.

Design & Documentation – Project Management

Builds, maintains and leads the project team and manages the resources, cost and time with an eye on both the big picture and the day to day activities.

Construction

• Inspect construction progress to ensure the delivery of the objectives within the parameters of time, cost, quality and compliance.
• Manage the compliance of builders with design brief.

Post-Construction

• Organise inspection, record and manage timely rectification of defects.
