The managing director of Refund Real-Estate group David Nilsson is passionate about wealth building in real estate. David brings a wealth of knowledge he has gained from over 34 years experience in real estate. Prior to establishing Refund Real-Estate group David managed a franchised real estate office.  When David Nilsson ran a real-estate franchise office he had to give commissions to the franchise on each sale and this is what led him to create the Refund Real-Estate Group. David came up with an idea to start up his own real-estate business where franchise fees would be refunded to the buyer.

Since this business model has been put in place the business has grown from strength to strength. We have many happy clients some paying between 4% to 12% tax legally. They  do not have to wait until the end of the financial year for their rebates they are getting them now in their pay packets, this helps pay the mortgage on their investment property ,some little as $2 per day.

“The idea behind Refund Real- Estate group is to pass the savings made from not having to pay franchise fees directly on to our clients – in other words, we will pay you to do business with us." David Nilsson is a Licensed Real Estate agent with a Certificate IV in Real estate, a Certificate III in Mortgage Lending and is a Licensed Developer.

In 2000 David commenced studies as a financial planner but soon realised that real estate offered a better and safer option than the high risks of investing in the share market. “Recent Australian Bureau of Statistics show that more and more people are coming to Queensland. This is good news for the investor with plenty of opportunities for solid, sound investments in Queensland.

Refund Real-Estate Group is not a franchise and does not pay any franchise fees. Refund Real Estate group will refund the saved franchise fees back to their customers with a minimum of $1,000 cash back per sale.
